1. What is your role as a current Mathematician? I am a professional, qualified teacher of Maths with professional experience over 5 years. I worked in one of the best schools in Moscow, now I am working in a secondary school in the United Kingdom.

2. What has inspired your love of the maths community? From my childhood, I wanted to be a teacher. Teaching mathematics should start with finding mathematics around us! It is necessary to teach children to admire her beauty and grace!

3. What do you most enjoy about your role? I am a reliable, warm, and creative teacher who is able to work with children and adults.I love my role because I am a very dedicated teacher, patient, and sensitive to the needs of learners. This truly creates a strong environment where everybody is ready to support each other.

4. What are the common misconceptions in Mathematics that you believe need to be overcome? Mathematics is not only about numbers, boring equations and some abstract calculations, which are practically not much of use. In reality mathematics is what the entire concept of logic is built upon. In fact the entire Information Revolution is based on the principles of mathematics that have been developed upon and implemented.
